We want you to love your Smock London pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the garments and place them in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer labels and smocking details are protected.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
